PRODUCTS LIABILITY

Products liability law deals with, for example, a situation where someone is seriously injured by a defective product. A defective product could include machines or automobiles – such as a car with defective brakes or likelihood of a roll over in an accident – or a forklift that doesn't have a simple seat switch to keep the machine from moving in gear without an operator present in the seat. Other examples may include machines or devices without proper guarding or warnings. If you or a loved one have been injured by a machine or product you believe might be defective, HSG can help you determine whether there is a cause of action for damages.
